Personality: A secretive man, not many people can say much about him.
Doesn't make friends easily, due to his sarcastic tone and loner look. He
really is a nice guy, if you got to know him.
Background: Born in England, Charley moved to America with his family when
he was two years old. They moved to Raccoon City when he was five. At the
age of 19, Charlie left to move to the big city. After several months
without contact with his family, he is now returning. His father died three
years ago in a car accident outside the Arklay Mountains. He hasn't heard
from his mother or sister in almost four months. Charlie hasn't much news
about Raccoon City itself, but hopes that everything is all right.
Appearance: 6'0" 190 lbs, short blond hair, blue eyes. Athletic build. Has a
slight accent, although he has lived in America most his life.
Occupation: A college dropout, Charlie is thinking of settling back down in
Raccoon City. He doesn't currently have a job, although he is open to many
things. He heard about the S.T.A.R.S and the RPD and has shown interest in
law enforcement. However, several months ago, he read strange stories in
the newspaper concerning the RPD and may be having second thoughts.
Other: Computer Hacker. Enjoys a nice game of pool and a drink every now and
then.
Weapon: Carries a hunting knife on him at all times, just in case. Owns a
9mm handgun, but hasn't needed to even load it yet.
